Terms of Service
Effective 2026-07-25
Introduction
These terms govern your use of the Titan interfaces — titandeployer.com and titan.fun — which provide access to open-source smart contracts for locking tokens and liquidity, bridging assets, and launching and trading community-created tokens. By using the interfaces you agree to these terms.
The interfaces are front-ends to permissionless, decentralized protocols. Smart contracts execute exactly as written and are experimental technology.
Eligibility and user responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the interfaces is lawful where you live. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, keys, and devices, and for every transaction you sign.
Permissionless token creation
Titan.fun lets anyone deploy a token. Launches happen entirely on-chain: a fixed-supply token is created, its full supply is placed in a Uniswap V3 pool, and the liquidity position is locked in the Titan Locker vault by the launch transaction itself.
A token appearing on the interface means only that the launch transaction occurred on-chain. It does not mean Titan reviewed, verified, or endorsed the token or its creator.
User-created content and token information
Token names, symbols, logos, and links are supplied by the launching user, stored on IPFS or on-chain, and displayed as-is. Titan does not author this content and cannot alter what is recorded on-chain. Do not rely on it without your own verification.
Wallets and blockchain transactions
The interfaces never take custody of funds. Every action — locking, launching, trading, claiming, bridging — is a transaction you sign in your own wallet and submit to a public blockchain. Confirmed transactions are irreversible. We cannot access, freeze, reverse, or recover funds.
Trading and market risks
Tokens launched on Titan.fun are highly volatile and thinly capitalized by design — every launch starts at a small market cap where small trades move the price sharply in both directions. Prices can go to zero. Never use more than you can afford to lose. Nothing on the interfaces is investment, legal, or tax advice.
Fees and fee distribution
Launching a token is free apart from network gas; the launch contract's fee is zero. Trading in a launched pool pays Uniswap V3's pool fee, which the contracts split between the token's creator and the Titan treasury. Locker and bridge fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm. All fee logic is enforced by the published smart contracts.
Third-party services and links
The interfaces integrate third-party services that Titan does not control: wallet providers, public RPC endpoints, bridge routing (LI.FI and Relay), block explorers, and IPFS. Links to token websites and social profiles are user-supplied and external. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
Prohibited misuse
You may not use the interfaces to break the law, to infringe others' rights (including impersonation through token metadata), to attempt to disrupt the interfaces or their data services, or to automate abusive traffic against them.
Intellectual property
The Titan name, logo, and interface design belong to the Titan project. The smart contracts are open source and independently verifiable on-chain. User-supplied token content remains the responsibility of the users who created it.
Service availability
The interfaces and their market-data services are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and may be interrupted, delayed, or discontinued. Indexed market data can lag the chain. The underlying smart contracts remain usable directly on-chain regardless of the interfaces' availability.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may update the interfaces and these terms. Material changes to these terms are reflected by the effective date below and, where the acknowledgement version changes, by asking you to review them again before continued use of titan.fun.
